Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Intelligence Collection Manager / ISR SME to support the Joint Staff J-7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises in Suffolk, Virginia. You will design, plan, execute, and assess joint and multi-national training events focusing on intelligence operations, target development, targeting integration, and decision-making support.

Active TS clearance with SI access, U.S. citizenship, and 8+ years in intelligence operations are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Military Science, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience supporting intelligence operations and joint military operations.
• Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, and intelligence community partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligence Targeting advisor with senior-level project planning and execution for Joint exercises.
• Integrate targeting considerations across the Joint Training System and Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Provide intelligence targeting expertise, training, and materials to support exercises.
• Develop and manage Joint Integrated Prioritized Target Lists (JIPTLs) and No-Strike lists.
• Lead Intelligence Scripting Working Groups and targeting boards, coordinating with multiple organizations.
