Oklo Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Isotopes to drive cross-functional projects supporting radioisotope facility development and regulatory readiness in Idaho Falls, ID.

You will lead schedules, budgets, and procurement while coordinating engineers, regulators, and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant execution. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in technical environments, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on complex technical projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate high-impact isotopes projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop integrated schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineers, operators, regulators, and contractors for project execution.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment across technical, regulatory, and business teams.
• Oversee procurement, vendor performance, and equipment installations.
• Facilitate meetings and executive reporting on progress and decisions.
• Support permitting, licensing, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
