Job summary

Amentum Nuclear Projects is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Spent Fuel Handling Project near the Naval Reactors Facility at Idaho National Lab, about 55 miles from Idaho Falls. You will lead EPCM initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety and quality across complex capital projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years of construction project management experience, including EPCM or large projects.
• Experience with subcontractors and complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments.
• Lead the successful execution of large EPCM projects from initiation through closeout.
• Direct and oversee multiple subcontractors, vendors, and field construction teams.
• Coordinate activities among engineering, procurement, construction, and operations stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
• Lead contract administration, change management, and subcontractor performance evaluations.
