Job summary

Oklo seeks a Plant Manager to lead on-site operations at the Aurora facility, Idaho National Laboratory. You will coordinate maintenance, work control, logistics, and site interfaces to ensure readiness and efficient performance in a highly regulated setting.

Expect leadership across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Safety, Security, and related teams, with emphasis on safety culture and continuous improvement for the Aurora program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Nuclear Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting nuclear facility operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational and facility-support activities.
• Strong understanding of plant/site interfaces among Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, Security, and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site facility operations in accordance with procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee maintenance coordination, work control, planning, scheduling, and facility readiness.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment issue resolution.
• Implement and improve facility operations programs and performance standards.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams for safe on-site work.
• Support safety, radiation protection, security, environmental requirements, and emergency preparedness.
