Job summary

Oklo is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Isotopes in Idaho Falls to lead high-impact radioisotope production facility projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams across engineering, regulatory, supply chain, and operations to ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery.

The role requires experience managing complex projects in regulated environments, with a focus on execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or operational projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with high complexity and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical, regulatory, and business functions.
• Familiarity with project controls, risk management, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for radioisotope facility development and readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, resource plans, and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, regulators, and suppliers.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment across technical, regulatory, and business functions to meet milestones.
• Oversee procurement, equipment installation, and contractor performance.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting on progress and decisions.
• Support permitting, licensing, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Establish project controls, documentation, and change management processes.
• Contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
