Responsibilities

• Serve as deputy manager on a multi-million-dollar program for stable isotope materials.
• Co-manage system design, assembly, and startup efforts to expand production using new or improved technologies.
• Proactively assess risks, lead root-cause investigations, and implement mitigations.
• Support growth of programs by engaging sponsors and collaborators in federal agencies, industry, and other labs.
• Foster professional growth of team members and recognize contributions.
• Update and review Quality Management Plans and ensure compliance.
