Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Project Manager for isotopes in the United States. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning facility development, commissioning, and operational readiness, coordinating across engineering, operations, radiological protection, supply chain, and business teams.

You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and risks while guiding teams through regulatory compliance, permitting, and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Materials Science, Chemistry, Nuclear Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• At least five years of project management experience leading complex technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or operational projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across technical, operational, regulatory, and business functions.
• Working knowledge of project controls and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive hands-on leader able to navigate ambiguity and maintain ownership from planning to delivery.

• Lead strategic projects supporting radioisotope production facilities, including development, commissioning, startup, and readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, regulators, and contractors to stay aligned.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes with mitigation plans.
• Align technical, regulatory, and business priorities to meet milestones.
• Oversee procurement, equipment installations, and contractor performance.
• Facilitate meetings, progress reviews, and executive reporting.
