Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project / Construction Manager to lead large, complex nuclear projects across the United States. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance from proposal through closeout, coordinating engineering, construction, and project controls while managing subcontractors and strategic customers.

You will guide proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, ensuring governance compliance and fostering continuous improvement in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of nuclear industry experience leading large, complex nuclear projects or construction programs.
• Experience with EPC environments, procurement, and contract governance in nuclear or similarly complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex nuclear projects from proposals through closeout.
• Oversee project controls, cost management, schedules, and compliance with nuclear regulations.
• Develop execution strategies to improve cost effectiveness and margins.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage changes and claims with customers and subcontractors.
• Mentor and direct multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
