Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Project / Construction Manager based in the United States to lead large, complex nuclear projects. You will manage safety, quality, schedule, budget, and contractual performance from proposals through closeout, leading engineering, construction, and project controls teams while engaging customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in the nuclear industry, leading large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear project execution, construction management, and applicable regulations.
• Experience in contract management, procurement, risk management, and governance in nuclear environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with emphasis on safety, quality and performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting proposal development, commercial negotiations, customer engagement, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex nuclear projects from proposals through closeout.
• Oversee project controls, cost management, scheduling, and compliance with nuclear regulations.
• Develop execution strategies to improve margins and commercial outcomes.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and management of changes and claims.
• Manage billing, forecasting, cost controls, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and project controls and mentor PM professionals.
• Act as primary customer contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead change management processes and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across regions and programs.
