Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive Nuclear project leadership experience to drive design teams and manage large, complex programs across multiple offices or remote settings in the U.S.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, mentor other PMs, and work to optimize client service and financial performance on high-stakes projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 20+ years in Nuclear Energy Engineering with 10+ years in PM.
• Experience in Nuclear and Thermal Generation projects (BOP/STG).
• Familiarity with PMP principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of large multi-discipline engineering projects.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and negotiations.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk.
• Form project teams and assign responsibilities to meet schedules.
• Submit permits and ensure code compliance with authorities.
• Maintain client relationships and drive ongoing business development.
• Coordinate project engagements across stakeholders and locations.
• Oversee project records and performance metrics.
