Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an iSolved HCM Implementation Specialist to drive successful implementations of HCM and Payroll for our clients. You will configure the iSolved platform, gather requirements, and coordinate testing from discovery to go-live, while working closely with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HCM, HRIS, Payroll or workforce management software.
• Hands-on iSolved implementation experience, or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing and go-live support.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation activities with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Translate client HR/payroll processes into system configurations.
• Configure iSolved to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate data gathering, validation, migration and testing.
• Oversee system testing and issue resolution before go-live.
• Deliver customer training on platform functionality.
• Manage project delivery, timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth transitions.
