Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our on-site operations center. You will handle live audio communications, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services to protect client locations.

The role requires quick decision-making, de-escalation when needed, and clear communication with customers. Training is provided and shift hours include evenings and overnight blocks.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer two years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with customer sites using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Monitor and verify alarm signals and place calls to verify validity.
• Provide video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify designated individuals about alarms per client instructions.
• Provide life safety support with timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Assist with basic alarm functions like arming/disarming and resetting alarms.
