Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on‑site operation in St. Louis.

You will manage real‑time security events with two‑way audio/video, verify alarms, intervene during incidents, and communicate clearly with customers and emergency responders. This role offers 12:00pm–8:30pm shifts with 8–10 hour options, benefits from day one, paid vacation and sick time, and performance/attendance bonuses up to $1,000 per month plus a $500 new‑hire bonus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during business opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video systems.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries from customers, employees, vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place calls to verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions.
• Provide life safety support with timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support (arming/disarming, resets).
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with two‑way communication.
