Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads elicitation and documentation of user requirements for large, complex systems.
• Coordinates change management documentation and approvals.
• Ensures requirements are met throughout the SDLC.
• Conducts interviews, workflow analysis, and design sessions.
• Evaluates products for fit with user, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develops implementation plans, test plans, and training materials.
• Monitors contractor compliance and manages project plans.
• Coordinates RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and evaluates proposals.
• Oversees testing (unit/integration) and user acceptance testing.
