Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with four years of progressively responsible IT analysis and design experience.
• Alternatively, two years at Senior Information Systems Analyst level within the last three years.
• Or five years of progressive IT analysis and design experience in a centralized IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of information systems analysts and technical staff for complex applications.
• Develop system specifications through requirements gathering and analysis with business units and vendors.
• Contribute to long-range IT strategic plans and project portfolios.
• Prepare contract documents such as RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/SOWs and monitor vendor performance.
• Serve as technical consultant to project managers and department management.
