Qualifications

• 1 year of IT Technical Support Analyst I-level experience.
• OR 2 years installing, configuring, testing, and repairing client devices or software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and test computer hardware, software and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex hardware, software and network issues.
• Identify trends in reported problems and implement improvements.
• Analyze user support needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead small hardware/software installation and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and license compliance as needed.
• Assist in defining hardware/software configurations and purchasing specs.
