Job summary
Quarks Technosoft is seeking an Ironclad Integration Consultant/Senior Developer for a USA-based role focused on building and supporting Salesforce–Ironclad integrations to enable seamless contract management across systems.
You will design, configure, implement, and support the integration, collaborate with Legal, Sales, and IT teams, and drive CLM process improvements and automation in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on Ironclad CLM experience.
- 5+ years Salesforce experience with Accounts, Contacts, Flows and custom objects.
- Experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce in production environments.
- Strong API integrations using Ironclad APIs, REST/SOAP.
- Experience with DocuSign or Adobe Sign integrations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Configure Ironclad workflows, approvals, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement contract generation, review, approval, execution, and repository workflows.
- Manage Ironclad settings, templates, clauses, metadata, and reporting.
- Implement Ironclad-Salesforce integrations for bidirectional data exchange.
- Gather business requirements from Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Operations.
- Lead workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide recommendations for CLM process improvements and automation.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance.
