Charles Schwab, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Senior Product Manager-Business Strategy to guide day-to-day product management and strategic direction for core brokerage and retirement accounts. You will translate business and regulatory needs into clear priorities and shape roadmaps across Investor Services and Advisor Services.

The role emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and a data-driven approach to improve client and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in financial services or brokerage.
• Experience leading roadmap development and prioritization.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Tech, Marketing and Field teams.

Responsabilités

• Own product management for core brokerage and retirement products and strategy.
• Monitor performance, client feedback, regulatory changes, and competition to build roadmaps.
• Lead health reviews and synthesize findings into business cases and roadmaps.
• Develop roadmap inputs balancing client impact, value, risk and feasibility.
• Represent the product line in cross-functional initiatives and align with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies; present options to leadership clearly.
• Foster One Schwab collaboration across teams with competing priorities.
