Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of program management or IPT support experience.
• Knowledge of program cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Experience tracking action-items and milestones; briefing status to leads; proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• SAFe experience or DoD/Navy acquisition exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IPTs led by MAGTF C2 Team Leads.
• Attend IPT meetings; advise on cost, schedule, risks, issues, milestones, actions.
• Support funding requests and action-item scheduling to meet cost/schedule/performance.
• Maintain IPT actions, decisions, and IMS documentation.
• Join Integration Team and Morning Stand-Up; document actions.
