Job summary

Montcure, LLC in Quantico, VA seeks a Program Support Specialist II to provide multidisciplinary IPT and portfolio execution support for the PM MAGTF C2 Program Office within a SAFe environment. You will assist with cost, schedule, performance, risks, actions, and metrics across Agile workflows.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, 6+ years' experience in program management or IPT support, and strong communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of experience providing program management or IPT support services.
• Working knowledge of program cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Experience maintaining action-item and milestone tracking and briefing status to team leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Product Team Support: Participate in IPTs led by MAGTF C2 Team Leads and attend meetings to provide cost, schedule, performance, risks, issues, and milestones input.
• Analysis & Tracking: Analyze information from program events and recommend changes; maintain action-item and milestone tracking and brief IPT leads.
• Portfolio Communications & Agile Workflow: Develop communications strategies and align portfolio objectives; support Jira dashboards and Kanban workflows.
• Maintain documentation of IPT actions, decisions, and events related to IMS and SAFe workflows.
• Support day-to-day program activities including funding requests, action-item scheduling, and tracking to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
