Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Principal Integrated Product Team Leader to direct engineering tasks for advanced engines programs. You will lead CIPT activities, manage budgets, and coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to deliver performance and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in aerospace engineering, and the ability to drive risk assessments and continuous improvement. Onsite work with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.
• Proven leadership in integrated product teams and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering tasks for advanced engines programs within CIPT.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain; track progress and budget.
• Perform risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor CIPT team members and report status to leadership.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
