Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Military Development CIPT within the Mechanical Systems, Externals and Nacelles organization. You will coordinate across disciplines and leverage the IP Deployment process to fulfill customer commitments and milestones.

The role requires coordinating IPTs, leading Agile activities, and ensuring EVMS deliverables align with program goals. Onsite work in East Hartford, relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with 7 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile Framework methodologies is preferred.
• Familiar with EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and CAM (Control Account Managers).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure designs and hardware deliverables meet Development Plan requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with IPTs to develop hardware plans, provide resource inputs, and address critical needs.
• Analyze value streams, identify at‑risk parts, and implement corrective actions.
• Create presentation materials and report progress to senior leadership and engineering executives.
• Lead and mentor within an Agile framework, facilitating planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support CAMs to ensure EVMS deliverables are executed on time and correctly.
