Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff System Integration & Test IPT Lead / CAM in Northridge, CA. The role is onsite, supporting lab tests and flight campaigns, coordinating with engineers, program managers, and customers in a DoD context.

The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance, extensive flight-test engineering and system-integration experience, and the ability to manage hardware and software integration across complex subsystems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of related testing experience.
• Hands-on flight-test engineering and system integration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with DoD flight-test programs and EVMS/CAM duties.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crucible.

Mansioni

• Define instrumentation, data requirements, and test planning with customers.
• Ensure budget needs are met and EVMS estimates are accurate.
• Integrate CCAs and PWBs into higher-level systems using schematics.
• Create, validate, and verify test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Lead the team supporting software and programmable-logic integration.
• Plan and manage hardware requirements for in-house and external tests.
• Chair test-readiness reviews for FQT, captive-carriage, and live-fire tests.
• Attend external test events and perform setup, data acquisition, and analysis.
• Present cost, schedule, risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Provide status updates and remove blockers to keep tests on schedule.
