Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Senior Staff Embedded Software IPT Lead in Northridge, CA, on-site. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage lifecycle processes, and coordinate with program managers and customers to deliver secure embedded software for warfighter systems.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and collaboration across engineering, software, and systems teams. This position is full-time at our Northridge site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IPT of 20+ engineers.
• Experience with CAM & EVMS duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software teams for OFP software development.
• Manage the software development lifecycle for production-ready code.
• Serve as CAM to develop budgets, schedules, EVMS, EACs and forecasts.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs and customers on requirements and design.
• Ensure adherence to NG software processes and plans.
