Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff System Integration & Test IPT Lead in Northridge, CA to guide test planning, hardware integration, and test execution for the AARGM-ER program. This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and 100% onsite work.

You will lead the engineering team, coordinate with CAM, and present progress and risks to senior leadership. Extensive flight-test experience and DoD program exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of related testing experience.
• Master’s degree in STEM with 10 years of related testing experience.
• PhD in STEM with 8 years of related testing experience.

Responsabilités

• Define instrumentation and data needs with customers to meet test objectives.
• Partner with CAM to ensure budget and EVM estimates are accurate.
• Integrate CCAs and PWBs into higher-level systems using schematics.
• Create, validate, and verify test plans, procedures, and reports per standards.
• Lead the team supporting software and programmable-logic integration for tests.
• Plan and manage hardware requirements for in-house and external tests.
• Chair test-readiness reviews for Formal Qualification Tests and live-fire tests.
• Attend external test events and perform setup and data collection.
• Serve as CAM representative presenting costs and risks to senior leadership.
• Perform software and programmable-logic integration and troubleshoot.
