Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA, is seeking a Sr. Staff Integration & Test Engineer to lead system integration and test activities for multiple programs within the Test and Evaluation Engineering Directorate.

The role partners with engineers, PMs, and operations to prepare hardware for test events and coordinate activities at government facilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in test hardware, data acquisition, and analysis tools, with strong communication skills and the

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with extensive experience in system integration and test
• Experience reading electrical/mechanical schematics and performing verification
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance and strong written/verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and verify system- and subsystem-level test plans and reports
• Resolve integration and test anomalies in test stands and interfaces
• Perform root-cause analysis on failures in UUT, test equipment, and interfaces
• Use MATLAB/Python/LabVIEW for data reduction and signal analysis
• Execute functional, performance, and environmental tests with proper configuration control
• Define instrumentation/data acquisition for lab and field tests
• Collaborate with hardware/software/manufacturing to drive test improvements
• Prepare technical status reports and brief leadership on risks and mitigations
