Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Staff Systems Test Engineer to lead verification activities in the Integration and Test Department in Woodland Hills, CA. You will oversee test campaigns, develop procedures, and report results for inertial/GPS/avionics modules.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring test procedures and managing test facilities.
• Experience leading a test/integration team with end-to-end testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; onsite work in Woodland Hills, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cost, schedule, and performance of testing campaigns.
• Develop test requirements, integration test plans, TRRs, data, and reports.
• Execute qualification testing per requirements, plans, and procedures.
• Conduct tests while prioritizing problem resolution.
• Lead Failure Review Boards for testing anomalies.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers in lab and field.
