Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with hardware design, integration, and moving hardware through the BWI factory.
• Experience with CAM activities and the EVMS.
• Fluency developing and executing project schedules.
• Experience reporting project status to program, management, and customers.
• Demonstrated leadership with IPT Lead or similar role (≥1.5 years).
• Available onsite at the BWI facility during first shift.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or STEM-related degree, with 12 years of industry experience, or master’s degree and 10 years of industry experience.
• Mechanically focused engineer with drawing updates and design reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead an engineering team to transition designs to production for multiple NG programs with time-critical elements.
• Interface with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
• Brief internal and customer leadership on progress and status.
