Job summary

Arcesium seeks a talented attorney with an intellectual property and technology transactions background to join its Legal & Compliance team. While the primary focus of this role is on intellectual property and technology transactions, the scope of this position may also extend to general corporate, employment, litigation, and other legal matters as needed.

Remote base within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating licensing and technology contracts on behalf of customers and vendors.
• Familiarity with open-source software and AI issues is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including licensing and technology transactions.
• Support NDAs, RFPs, and DDQs as a primary Legal Team representative.
• Advise business teams on intellectual property matters and related legal issues, including AI considerations.
