Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 4) to join the Space Communication Programs team. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support IPMR reporting for complex defense programs.

The role requires experience in program planning, scheduling, EVM, and working with supplier and IPT teams. This is an onsite 1st shift position with security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project or Program management experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience leading a team or a project.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional or MS Project.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor for IP&S in IMS reporting to PM teams.
• Supplier scheduling integration, analysis, and review.
• Collaborate with IPT leads to align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan and KPI targets.
• Ensure schedule compliance and assess schedule risk.
• Provide performance reporting from IMS to support program decisions.
• Lead integration of supplier and partner plans into the IMS.
• Model scenario planning and quick-turn schedule analyses.
• Support reviews and brief senior leadership and customers.
