Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Program Management Specialist to join our team across multiple U.S. locations including Berkeley, MO.

The role focuses on leading the Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) on several programs, guiding program start-up and EVM execution, and providing PMBP guidance across projects. You will engage with PM teams, stakeholders, and thought leaders to promote best practices, manage schedules, baselines, and communications, and support IPT model implementation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance
• Experience leading or managing process improvement projects
• Experience building and presenting plans to executive leadership
• Experience developing relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
• Experience analyzing data and metrics to track performance to plan
• Experience with Program Management Best Practices

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) across multiple programs
• Supports Start Up and EVM execution on multiple programs
• Provides PMBP guidance across multiple programs
• Supports Rate Change Readiness and Work Movement with PM teams
• Supports IPT model implementation across programs
• Facilitates integration of project plans, schedules, and baselines
• Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to meet strategic initiatives
• Engages PM community through workshops and trainings
• Represents senior management on policy and direction
• Liaises with thought leaders to import best practices
