Job summary

Grant Leading Technology seeks a Senior IOTA Interior Designer to lead interior design, space planning, and outfitting for IOT&A projects in Federal facilities. You will translate operational requirements into layouts and installation documents, coordinating with IPTs, construction leads, and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical standards and activation timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, NCIDQ certification, and at least five years of related

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or closely related field.
Active NCIDQ certification required.
Minimum 5 years of interior facility design and space planning experience.
Experience with Federal IOT&A, VA/VHA, healthcare, or large Federal real estate programs.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design and outfitting workflows for Federal facility transitions.
Oversee FF&E selection, specification, and procurement support.
Translate requirements into detailed design, construction, and outfitting documents.
Coordinate with IPTs and federal stakeholders to align layouts with activation schedules.
