Job summary

Claxton-Logistics-Service in Martinsburg, WV is seeking an experienced IOTA Senior Designer to lead interior design, FF&E, and space planning for warehouse, training, and administrative space supporting VA offices. This key role supports the VA Office of Emergency Management and is contingent on contract award and government acceptance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in facility design.
• Active NCIDQ certification is required.
• Ability to translate administrative requirements into design and installation documents.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to meet VA personnel-security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior design and FF&E with VA teams and A/E partners.
• Develop room-by-room FF&E layouts and 3D Revit renderings.
• Prepare cut sheets and specifications using VA notation.
• Maintain master lists and design submittals in SharePoint.
• Support procurement packages and VA ordering templates.
