D2GS is seeking an IOTA Senior Designer for the Department of Veterans Affairs project in Martinsburg, West Virginia, coordinating interior design, room layouts, and FF&E selections with the VA regional interior designer, users, and the design team.

Responsibilities include producing FF&E floor plans and 3D room renditions in Revit, checking selections against building plans, and maintaining space information, cost estimates, and deliverables, with focus on reuse and disposal planning.

Competenze

• Experience in facility design.
• NCIDQ certification required; provide proof of current certification.
• Experience with furniture, fixtures, casegoods and signage.
• Senior Designer certificate must be submitted separately.

D2 Government Solutions is seeking an IOTA Senior Designer for the Department of Veterans Affairs warehouse initial outfitting, transition and activation (IOTA) project in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior design, room layouts and FF&E selections with the VA regional interior designer, users and the construction/design team.
• Prepare FF&E and artwork cut sheets, room-by-room equipment/furniture lists, artwork plans and space layouts.
• Produce and revise FF&E floor plans and 3D room renditions in Revit
• Check selections to fit with building plans
• Maintain FF&E selections, space information, cost estimates and deliverables
• Support furniture reuse and disposal planning

Qualifications

• Experience in facility design.
• ACTIVE National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification required. Provide proof of current certification.
• Demonstrated experience with administrative operations and with furniture, fixtures, casework/case goods and signage.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into design, construction and installation documents.
• A Senior Designer certificate must also be submitted separately.
