Compass in Boston is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to join us as a technical leader. You will guide architecture, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver high-quality iOS apps for buyers and sellers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of iOS development, deep Swift/SwiftUI and concurrency expertise, and experience with AI tools and RESTful services. You will drive delivery, perform code/design reviews, and help shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional iOS development experience shipping apps to the App Store.
• Deep expertise in modern Swift practices (SwiftUI, Concurrency) and scalable mobile architecture.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Work in a startup-like environment building agile products and services.
• Lead delivery of complex iOS projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Review code and designs, write high-quality tests, and ensure operational excellence.
