Job summary

Compass is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to lead and mentor a team, delivering scalable, high-quality iOS applications. You will network with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, architect solutions, and oversee complex projects from planning through delivery.

You will guide junior engineers, perform code reviews, and advocate for best practices in testing, design, and operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of iOS development experience
• Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and Concurrency
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering
• Master CS fundamentals and iOS design patterns
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers
• Experience with AI tools
• Experience integrating with RESTful services
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication
• Passion for mentorship and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers
• Define and drive delivery of complex projects
• Perform code reviews and write high quality tests
