Dycom Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Investigator to lead employee relations investigations across the enterprise and document findings for senior leadership.

The role requires handling sensitive information with discretion and partnering with leadership and legal teams. You will analyze complaints, draft final reports, and drive improvements in investigation processes while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience handling internal workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.).
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, fact-finding and evidence gathering skills.
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct and/or potential policy violations.
• Communicate recommendations and guidance on corrective actions based on investigation results.
• Provide investigations, findings and summaries to senior leadership.
• Analyze complaints and related metrics to identify patterns and areas of concern.
• Draft, proof and finalize documents ensuring accuracy and policy/compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders including leadership and legal as appropriate.
• Assess credibility and provide guidance using employee relations expertise.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, findings, resolutions.
• Lead process improvement to enhance efficiency in handling employee relations issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
