Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Investigator to lead investigations of employee relations cases across the enterprise. You will conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, and provide findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

The role involves data analysis of complaints, drafting compliant documentation, and partnering with internal stakeholders including leadership and legal. Strong HR investigations expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience handling internal workplace investigations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII).
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases with urgency and discretion.
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct.
• Provide recommendations on corrective actions based on findings.
• Deliver investigations, findings and summaries to senior leadership.
• Analyze complaints data to identify patterns and trends.
• Draft and finalize documents ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership, legal and internal stakeholders.
