Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a financial or analytical role.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Relational databases and large data warehouse experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and Syncron preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own execution of Dealer Inventory Retail processes and improve forecasting, lead times, service levels, and dealer inventory performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for dealer support inquiries related to Retail Flow Management.
• Coach and train dealers and Sales Team members on best practices and system features.
• Update field training materials based on common support requests and best practices.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate dealer performance and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor dealer KPIs and identify trends or deviations from targets.
• Analyze performance deviations to determine root causes and create tools to guide actions.
• Act as SME for Dealer Inventory Retail KPIs and support reporting and adoption.
• Participate in system feature enablement and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support objectives.
