Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Dealer Inventory Retail Analyst to oversee data integrity during a new ordering system launch. You will support North American dealer networks, Sales, and PG&A teams while optimizing forecasting, lead times, and service levels.

You will analyze dealer performance, drive improvements, and train teams on Retail Flow Management, with limited travel expected. Strong Excel and BI skills, plus data warehousing experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a financial/analytical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong PC software knowledge including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Relational database skills and experience with large data warehouses.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and Syncron is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Dealer Inventory Retail processes and improve forecasting, lead times, service levels, and dealer inventory performance.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer support inquiries related to Retail Flow Management.
• Coach dealers and Sales Team on best practices and system adoption.
• Update training materials based on common support requests and best practices.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate dealer performance and alignment with objectives.
• Monitor dealer performance KPIs and identify trends or deviations.
• Analyze performance deviations to determine root causes and develop actionable tools for managers and dealers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
