Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Inventory Management or Planning in Life Sciences/Medical Devices.
• Strong biotechnology inventory management and demand/supply planning background.
• Excellent communication with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and others.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own network inventory management across sites and KPIs.
• Lead inventory management and analysis for ERP data integrity.
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting tools for drug product and starting materials.
• Identify and mitigate inventory risk including shortages and excess.
• Lead CAPAs, change controls, and SCARs as needed.
• Lead materials planning across manufacturing sites.
• Represent Supply Chain inventory in program CMC meetings.
• Define and refine inventory and planning strategy for growing network complexity.
