Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in materials management, purchasing, inventory management, or manufacturing supply chain operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams or multiple functional areas.
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse/Materials Operations teams.
• Oversee materials planning to ensure timely availability and alignment with production schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material movement to support production.
