Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking an Inventory Planner to plan and track production orders, manage inventory records, and support cycle counting in a lab production setting. You will work with manufacturing, quality, and customer care teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and accurate materials control.

The role requires strong ERP and Excel skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4–6 years inventory management experience.
• Or a bachelor's degree in supply chain/operations management with 2–4 years inventory experience.
• ERP proficiency and Excel/Word skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor and manage production orders using ERP.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, production and customer care.
• Monitor KPI and weekly backorders.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Draft and revise SOPs.
