Job summary

CRISPR Therapeutics, Inc. in Framingham is seeking a Senior Specialist, Site Supply Chain Planning (Project Management) to establish and maintain material replenishment strategies supporting internal manufacturing and quality control schedules.

You will coordinate with site and network stakeholders, manage purchase orders in Oracle, forecast materials, and drive the supply chain systems roadmap while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a related supply chain discipline (inventory management, planning, procurement, or warehouse operations).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a cGMP environment.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and WMS systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage material replenishment programs at the site.
• Create, track, and manage purchase orders.
• Develop raw material, consumable, and production supply forecasts.
• Monitor the quality inspection queue and manage priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive the supply chain systems roadmap through projects related to inventory control, master data, BOM lifecycle management, workflow planning, WMS, and replenishment.
