Bio-Techne is seeking a Senior Manager, Materials in San Jose to lead Materials Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations. You will ensure material availability and alignment with production schedules in a regulated life sciences environment.

The role requires 8+ years in materials management, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP systems to improve planning, sourcing, and inventory control. This is a senior leadership position based in San Jose.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in materials management, purchasing, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across planning, purchasing, warehousing, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/ISO environments and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analytics for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse/Materials Operations teams.
• Ensure timely material availability and alignment with production schedules.
