Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Supervisor, Stock to lead inventory and merchandising operations across the Corporate Office, Mock Store and Photo Studio. You will drive stock movement, coordinate processes and develop a high-performing team for daily execution.

As a senior operational partner to Visual Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Marketing and Store teams, you will ensure product availability, risk management and consistent execution across milestones. Travel between locations as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in stock management, receiving and merchandising.
• Knowledge of stock, receiving and merchandising and ability to lead teams.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; strong computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Ability to travel between Corporate Offices, Mock Store and Photo Studio as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic movement of merchandise samples in-to and out-of the Corporate Office and Mock Store maximizing the available square footage.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop a high-performing team through thoughtful team member development, effective and timely performance assessments and productive workflow processes.
• Work with Merchandising to execute bi-annual inventory.
• Responsible for unloading, processing and maintaining all incoming and outgoing packages in alignment with company standards.
• Build, handle and wrap furniture samples and make recommendations for packaging, assembly, assembly instructions, and hardware improvements, as needed.
• Lead the Merchandise aspect of the associate Sample Sale.
