Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the stockroom efficient and support the sales floor. You will process orders, manage inventory, and ensure displays meet brand standards, reporting to the Assistant Store Leader.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with strong communication.
• Retail experience preferred and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside orders.
• Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory and perform duties.
• Maintain stock checks and organized stockroom.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Assist with stocking products and displays for customers.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and process payments.
• Support store safety standards and loss prevention awareness.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and engagement.
