Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Operations to oversee merchandise flow and store operations. You will lead, plan, and supervise merchandising and stock teams while supporting the Assistant Store Leaders for Operations and Visual.

The role requires full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will mentor staff, manage floor, backroom, curbside, inventory, expenses, and safety, driving customer-ready conditions and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Promote sales as they pertain to, or are driven by, position and acting as the Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader; ensure store efficiency.
• Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
