Ryder System, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an Inventory Logistics Manager for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, material availability and smooth parts flow for kitting, production and outbound operations.

The position is salaried, with a $80,000–$85,000 annual pay range and a 10% annual bonus. The role runs first shift, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed, and requires strong leadership across diverse teams.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related field.
• 2+ years managing and leading direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead salaried and hourly employees; address performance issues.
• Collaborate with management and customers to meet needs.
• Oversee payroll administration for staff.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to leaders.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes and invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety regulations compliance.
• Flexible schedule across shifts as needed.
