Job summary

Ryder is hiring an Inventory Logistics Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee inventory control within a high-volume kitting production and distribution environment. You will manage payroll, drive P&L results, and coordinate with senior management and customers to meet demands.

The role requires strong leadership, excel at analytical tasks, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's in business/logistics is preferred and bilingual ability (French) is a plus for Quebec locations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years managing direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation/Warehouse Logistics operations (advance).
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee salary and hourly staff performance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely payments.
• Analyze P&L to determine profitability; provide weekly operations reports.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
